I’m Joe, the owner of TRR. I have over 5 years of experience as a certified Carrier Transicold
reefer technician, and over 15 years of experience as a mechanic.

My mission for TRR is to be trustworthy and affordable, without compromising safety. I
strive to have excellent customer service by having clear explanations and quality craftsmanship. I
am committed to building a reputable and reliable business. I am dedicated to staying up-to-date
on technology, repair techniques, environmental cleanliness, and providing a timely service that will
get you back out on the road quickly. I understand that your time is valuable while preventing the
loss of load. I am grateful for the trust our customers place in us, and hope that every customer

I’m Kristen, I am the business admin and accounts payable. I have over ten years’ experience
in customer service and office management. It has been my pleasure to join the TRR team.

My main goal is to provide our customers with excellent customer service and answers to any questions or concerns they may have. Furthermore, I strive to provide them with detailed invoices so that everything is made easy to understand and offer assistance with paying the invoice to avoid any hassles! I am thankful for this opportunity and hope to assist Joe with a successful business.
